Oh, really? You're on Facebook?

So, a few of y'all totally got what I meant about recycling your numbers, and thought that movie looks totally decent. I'll admit that I'm not a huge Anna Faris fan, but something about this movie seems really spot on.

There's a new clip about Facebook-stalking. Done and done. We've all done it, we've all been victims of it. Hell, on the first date with the guy I'm seeing now, he freely admitted to Facebook-stalking me. For a minute, I was kind of turned off. I mean, I hadn't done that (though I had Googled him). Then again, I also knew exactly what I would be doing as soon as I got home. Plus, it made the "do I friend him?" internal debate nonexistent.

In this world of social networking, can we expect not to be cyber-investigated? What is the protocol? Check out this clip and see if you agree with her style...

Kind of funny. But why not use Facebook to your advantage since it's so easy to take advantage of?

Facebook stalking and Googling dates is an integral part of dating in new century. How we dated before the Internet is beyond me.

Yeah, I went to visit my ex guy's family for the holidays and his MOTHER said she had Facebook stalked me. I found that both flattering and kind of frightening.

In my non-annonymous life, I write two other blogs that are listed on my fb page. A guy I went on ONE date with had googled me and not only found my fb page, but also my blogs and came prepared with 3 pages of "suggested corrections" that I should make on my blogs, with posts dating back to 2006! It was beyond creepy and I got the hell out of there after one beer.

Oh, I have to admit to checking our county auditors site to make sure a guy is current on his property taxes. Crazy but true. And while I'm at it, our public records site to make sure he hasn't been in trouble for anything worse than speeding. I need help, right?

Miz Adventures, that IS creepy. Doing a little cyber-investigation before a date is one thing, but coming with homework? Bizarre!

We choose what to put out there on facebook and other social media. It's not that different from the way people used to learn stuff via 'gossip'... just a shortcut.

We all do it, Facebook stalk. But we should never admit to it. Creepy.

Facebook stalking is what every single person on earth does these days! I remember when my boyfriend broke up, we both use to stalk each others profile and joined the same groups.. we never got out of each other, even after break up.. so after a year we united again :) and now living happily..<3

That's funny. Now a days our FB profile and Google search is probably standard procedure when someone is interested in you and wanting to know more. I know I've been stalked regularly! Just make sure your stuff looks good and keep your FB profile top notch!
